Refund policy

At Vape Mafia, customer satisfaction is our priority. However, due to the nature of our products, we currently do not offer returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered.

Previously, we offered a 3-day return policy, but this has now been discontinued to ensure product safety and authenticity for all our customers.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at hi.vapemafia@gmail.com with your order details and clear photos/videos of the issue. Our team will review your case and assist you with a suitable resolution — which may include a replacement or store credit (depending on the situation).

Damages & Issues

We take quality checks seriously. Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if you find any visible damage or receive the wrong item. Claims made beyond 24 hours of delivery may not be eligible for review.

Non-Refundable Items

All vape devices, pods, disposable vapes, e-liquids, and accessories are non-refundable due to hygiene and safety reasons.
We also do not accept returns on sale items, promotional products, or gift cards. In some cases, we may add store credits in your Vape Mafia account.

Returns (if applicable)

Returns are processed only for damaged or incorrect items that meet the eligibility criteria after verification.
Once approved, the return will be shipped within 2–10 business days.
